GlobalNetUS.com is the sole owner of the information
collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information
to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
GlobalNetUS.com collects information from our users at several different
points on our website.
Ordering
Service (Registration)
We request information from the user on our order form (service
request form). When you order services from us we will ask for your
name, address, company name, company address, phone and fax numbers,
email addresses, contact information, credit card information and
billing address. This information is used for billing purposes,
filling customer's orders and to contact customers if problems should
arise. The information is never sold, shared or rented to others.
Correcting/Changing
Information
If a customer's personal information changes, we will endeavor to
provide a way to correct or update that customer's personal data
provided to us. This can be done by emailing technical support (support@globalnetus.com)
or by placing a phone call to technical support (920-693-2980) or
by faxing technical support (920-693-8189). If a user emails technical
support with the changes, technical support will send a validation
email to the customer. The customer must respond to this email before
any changes will take place.
Cancellation of Service
If a customer no longer desires our service, we will retain customer
information for historical purposes. This information will not be sold, shared, or rented, except to cooperate with a subpoena or other government order.
To cancel service, a customer must fax their request to technical support (920-693-8189) with
the signature of a person with the authority to cancel service.
Cookies
A "cookie" is a small data file transferred by a Web site to your computer's hard drive. GlobalNetUS.com does not utilize these types of cookies.
GlobalNetUS.com does make use of session states. A session state is nothing more than memory allocated on the server for the duration of a users visit. As a result of session states, a user that has disabled cookies on their computer may experience problems navigating our website. Usage of a session state is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the session state simply terminates.

Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track
user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate
use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Sharing
GlobalNetUS.com does not share information with our partners or
advertisers. GlobalNetUs.com may from time to time use third party
services to provide better services to our customers. We do not
provide any third party service with personally identifiable information
and these third party service providers are only allowed to gather
information to provide a specific service.
Network Solutions is a third party service we utilize to register domain names. We share information collected on our website with Network Solutions to be able to provide a service to you (registering domain names). More specifically, we share the domain name and registration information (name, address and email address) with Network Solutions to properly register your domain name with them.
We use an outside credit card processing company to bill users for services. This company
does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information
for any secondary purposes.
GlobalNetUS.com will not voluntarily disclose any information about individual
users, except as described in this Privacy Statement, or to comply with
applicable laws or valid legal process, or to protect the rights or property
of GlobalNetUS.com

When a customer signs up for service they are automatically subscribed
to our technical bulletin. We send the technical bulletin on a monthly
basis, but may from time to time send out special notices to let
our customers know about service to our system or when expected
outages will occur. Customers are not able to un-subscribe from
service announcements, which contain important information about
the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services
and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or
phone. GlobalNetUS.com does not collect or utilize information for the practice of sending marketing emails.
Surveys
From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys.
Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and the user
therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information.
Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving
the use and satisfaction of this site and at no time will personally
identifiable information be asked for or attained.
Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information.

our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information

also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line.
All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information
mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who
need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our
billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted
access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must
use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk.
When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access
to your information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date
